Lauren was setting up on her own with no website at all. We built her one — services, background, and a booking button that opens her scheduling directly — and set up her Google Business Profile alongside it.
The business
Lauren Cooper runs a sports massage and therapy practice in Poole, working one to one with clients on recovery, injury and general wellbeing. She runs the whole thing herself.
Where she started
No website at all. Lauren was just setting the business up, which meant there was nowhere to send anyone who wanted to know what she offered, what it cost, or how to get booked in. Everything had to be explained by message.
What we built
A full site covering her services and her background, written to sound like her rather than like a clinic. The important part was booking: pressing "Book appointment" anywhere on the site opens her Booksy scheduling in a popup, so nobody has to leave the page or go hunting for a link. We also set up and filled out her Google Business Profile so she would show up when people search locally.
What changed
Of every site we have built, Lauren’s has made the clearest difference. She has gone from starting out to consistently booked, and new clients now find her through search rather than word of mouth alone.
