Still have questions?
We get it — starting a new project comes with a lot of questions. So we’ve pulled together answers to some of the things we’re asked most often. If there’s something you’re still wondering about, just reach out — we’re always happy to chat.
01
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines can vary depending on the size and scope of the project, but most websites take around 4–6 weeks from start to finish. We’ll always agree on a timeline together before anything kicks off.
02
Who is on the Harbourside Digital team?
While our founder Lewis is the lead on every project, the team setup depends on your goals and the size of the project. For smaller builds, you’ll likely work directly with Lewis from start to finish. For larger projects, he’ll bring in a few trusted collaborators — designers, developers, or specialists — to make sure everything runs smoothly and meets the mark.
03
What happens once the project is finished?
We’re all about giving you the tools and confidence to manage your own site — whether that’s updating copy, adding blog posts, or swapping out images. That said, we know there’s always a bit of a learning curve. So as part of our service, we include post-launch support (from 1 week to 1 month, depending on your package) to help with any questions or tweaks as you get settled in.
04
Are you able to start immediately?
We usually book projects around 3–6 weeks in advance. That lead time tends to work well — it gives us a chance to handle any prep work so we’re ready to hit the ground running when things kick off. If you’re working to a tighter timeline though, just let us know. We’ll always do our best to make it work.
05
How do you build your websites?
We don’t believe in forcing a “one-size-fits-all” solution when it comes to building websites. Part of what we do is listen to what your project actually needs, then recommend the best platform based on that. That said, more often than not, Webflow is our go-to — it’s powerful, flexible, and gives our clients the control they need post-launch.
06
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with a wide range of businesses — but small to mid-sized companies offering professional services are right up our street. Whether you’re a solo operator or a growing team, we’re all about creating websites that help you show up with confidence.
