The business
Maintain Property South is a property maintenance company covering a wide range of work for homeowners and landlords.
Where they started
A few months into trading, with jobs coming in and a business worth taking seriously — but nothing online at all. Anyone who was given the name and searched for it found nothing, which is a hard first impression to recover from when the next step is trusting someone with your property.
What we built
A site covering the full range of services, built to be quick on a phone since that is where most of these searches happen. Alongside it we set up and filled out the Google Business Profile so the business appears in local search and on Maps, and sorted a professional email address to replace a personal one.
What changed
The site is launching shortly. The aim is straightforward: when someone gets a recommendation and looks the business up, there is something credible to find — and the Google profile means they can find it without knowing the web address.
