Where they started
The business was already running, but entirely on word of mouth and referral. There was nothing online, so anyone who heard the name and looked it up found nothing to confirm the service was real.
What we built
A site built to sit alongside the main estate agency rather than apart from it — matching colours, typography and tone, so the two read as one organisation. The services are broken down plainly, and getting in touch takes one step from anywhere on the page.
What changed
They are findable now, and they look the part. Someone who has been given the name can see exactly what is covered and who is behind it — which matters more than usual in security, where the whole purchase rests on trust.
